Ms. McCray, one of our reading interventionists was selected as the RPS Teacher of the Year! We are so proud of her and grateful for all of the love she pours into our school community every day. 

We recently had our winter concert for grades K-5. Well done Mr. Sanford and all of the teddy bears that performed!

We are having an information session for WIDA testing on December 17th at 4:30. This event is open to all our or parents and caregivers of English Language Learners. 

We will be on winter break starting on December 23rd and will return to classes on January 6th. Enjoy your holidays and Happy New Year!

We recently celebrated our first nine weeks awards assembly. Students were recognized for attendance, academic achievement, and citizenship. Congratulations and keep up the good work OGBES students! 

To celebrate our OGBES students who have had perfect attendance for the month of November, our attendance team will be hosting a turkey hunt on Monday, Nov. 25th. 

There will be no school from November 27th until November 29th. Classes will resume on December 2nd. 

We will be having our annual Fall Harvest Fest on October 30th from 4:30-6:00 p.m. This event will include fun activities for the entire family and we can't wait to see you there!
